Each level was approximately 3,300 square feet.  Construction included masonry walls with brick veneer and precast exterior panels. Floor was constructed with precast hollow core planks with poured concrete topping, supported by bearing walls and steel beams and columns.  Roof structure was a steel joists and deck, with modified bitumen membrane.  The HVAC work included replacing an existing air handler with a larger capacity unit and replacing and expanding supply duct work and installing new return duct work for the replaced unit.
