The project consisted of a one (1) story in height addition and has a total area of approximately 5,500 square feet. Construction included masonry walls with brick veneer and metal exterior panels. Roof structure is a steel joists and deck, with a metal roof panel system to match existing.  The HVAC work included expanding the existing water loop supply/return for the new Heat Pump and ERV.
