Project consisted of 3,400 square foot of an existing grey shell fit out on ground level of the 601 P Street Building in Suite 103. The work consisted of all construction indicated on the drawings and in the specifications. Included but not limited to: polished concrete, misc. steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, wood paneling, casework, flush wood doors, aluminum/glass openings, painting, ACT, specialties, fire suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
